BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A bizarre police standoff continues in Waverly.

A man who is identifying himself as James MacArthur is still holed up inside a home on Mckewin Avenue.

According to our media partner, the Baltimore Sun, 

earlier Saturday officers tried to serve a warrant at the home.

MacArthur is posting on social media and broadcasting live on internet radio while officers are outside.

Police officials say some of the messages were threatening toward police.
